Removal of Age Brown Spots on Face and Hands

Age spots also known as liver spots are black, brown and gray in color. They come in different sizes and usually appear on the shoulder, arms, hands and face area's that see the most sun light. Age spots usually show up after the age of 40 but some people can have them in the 30's

Most age spots are harmless and do not need any type of treatment except cosmetic which you can lighten with skin bleaching live spot removal products. The best way to avoid age spots is to avoid the sun and when you are in the sun use a proper sunscreen of at least 30.

There are many different types of treatments for age spots from removal to lightening processes. Treatments that involves a lightening process affect the pigment in the location of the epidermis layer of the skin which penetrates the skin to lighten darker spots.

Treatment for Removal of Age Brown Spots on Face and Hands:

Chemical Peel – a medium depth chemical peel can help to fade age spots. You will have to have several superficial chemical peels to have any noticeable results. Chemical peels involve applying an acid that burns the age spot on your skin.

Bleaching Creams – Hydroquinone treatments used with retinoin can help to gradually fad live spots over the course of 2-3 months.

Age Spot Laser Therapy – this type of treatment affects the meanocytes dark pigment of the skin. Laser treatments will take several treatments with the spots fading over time.

Freezing Age Spots – Using liquid nitrogen helps to destroy dark spots in the skins pigment. After freezing the skin will be lighter in appearance.

Dermbrasion – this treatment involves sanding the surface of the skin. Dermabrasion removes dark areas of the skin with new lighter skin growing in it's place.
